Spring is here. The mornings are crisp. The breeze is intoxicating. The trees show off a lushness and richness that is a feast to the eyes, even if you have seen it a thousand times before.
And life is good, very good indeed, despite anything and everything that you may have going on. All it takes is you believing it to be so. A little trick of nature, a little game of the universe, a little irony for our own good. Life is Good if you just believe it to be good.
That’s just it, isn’t it? What things we believe, what thoughts we think, what stories we tell ourselves. That becomes our very reality. In theory, it is so simple that we must all be fools to think a single negative thought at any instant in time – and yet, human nature has endowed us with endless challenges.
A lust for doubts, fears, and negativity. An obsession with discarding your own gifts and inflating your own egos. A process that makes no room for your higher self to grow, and your higher self is beautiful, and confident, and happy.
Your higher self exists. You don’t have to go looking for it. You just have to take away the clutter, the noise, the burdens, in order to let it breathe. You don’t have to add – you simply have to take away what is not working so your true self comes shining through.
When someone tells me that they don’t have confidence, I want to say to them, “Yes, you do! You just have to let it through. You just have to remove the layers that keep it from breathing and thriving.”
We are ALL confident and brilliant inside if we only remember our own power and our true gifts. We are all winners if we stop acting like victims. And these, my darling reader, are encouraging thoughts and that is the beginning of the journey to confidence.
You simply have to clear the way and your confidence will awaken from its slumber.
Tell me, how much is it costing you not to be confident in your personal and professional life? The price you are paying is probably beyond measure, and that can be reason enough to embrace the world of confidence once and for all.
