Health is on my mind lately. Lately has been going on strong for about 3 years now.
In August, I finished yet another challenge: The Wellness Challenge from the beloved Sync Studio for exercising (at least an hour for me!) every single day. Twenty seven fantastic spinning classes and a dozen yoga sessions later, I am already ready for another challenge.
